i think i hit rock bottom and don't feel the anxiety or depression. I have more energy. Yeesterday i got a few compliments on how i look. I wasn't going to write about the medicine.as soon as the anxiety or depression come back i will go back on the medications.I hate the medications and they usually don't work anyways. Now i wonder if they add to my anxiety and depression. strange.
