I took 100mg of trazadone and .25mg of klonipin last night and slept well.
Tomorrow is jeffs birthday. He turns 53.
He is playing a gig this morning then one tonight. We will go out to lunch at noon, am hoping that I get a shower before then.
I am going to a concert tonight at the school of music. The symphony is playing. My friend susan's husband paul had an extra complimentary ticket.
It starts at 6;30. Since I am not working today. I feel somewhat lazy. It is a nice day today. Should get in the yard, maybe I will do that after lunch and take a shower later???
The yard has been neglected....like other things around the house. I have some billing to do and have managed to keep up in my charting so that is good. I can't remember if I told you that I had my hair bleached and colored and highlighted 2 weeks ago? It took 6 hours!
2 days this week I curled it.:eek:
The guys at lunch complimented me about it. So it turned out good, In 2 more weeks I will have them simply high light it from now on and let my grays come in. My eye brows are already coming in half gray so we will see how they turn out. I really don't want to have to use a pencil to darken them but will if they are too gray.
Getting ready to have my 3rd cup of coffee....

Last night I took 100mg of trazadone and .25mg of klonipin and did not sleep well.
I called my pdocs office to tell her about my med changes and lack of sleep and she approved 200mg of trazadone.
So tonight I will try that and not any klonipin.
Getting ready to hit the hay.
I have been curling my hair the past week or so and I like how it looks.
It looks much better than just keeping it straight since I had all of that processing done on my hair 2 weeks ago.
My hair feels damaged.

It dawned on me why I did not sleep well the night before.
My restless leg syndrome was present.
It happened again last night.
I eventually took the .25mg of klonipin and got to sleep.(before 1am)
But I was awakened to jeffs alarm at 6....could not go back to sleep so got up at 6:30.
Yawn....
My left nostril has been covered with pimples that I have been picking...sigh
I think it is rosacea acting up....hope it goes away.

I'm glad that you like your hair! Is it a lot of work to curl it?
This is very old school, but natural... my mother used to sit around with mayo in her hair for a while after her hair was over-processed. She used to get it permed and frosted.
There some good products with seaweed extract on the market you can get at beauty supply stores mayo turns you off :)

I'm sorry about the pimples. I'm always picking at things I shouldn't.

It takes me a short amount of time to curl. 10 minutes

I thought for sure it was going to get out of control so far it is going away with my usual acne free over the counter products. keeping my fingers crossed. remember when it was so bad????
