139 this am. Losing weight seems easy for me this time.
I need to get back to going to the gym and jogging if I am going to do the 10k next month. Need to get off my butt! bizi

Now I get it...
I read my thread first and had no idea what you were talking about. That took guts, but anyone worth knowing won't care. I'm sure people just don't know how to respond. It's not like you're instantly going to get 100 "Congratulations!" because you posted "I'm pregnant!" People are actually going to have to put some kind of thought behind it. I'm proud of you

The short and sweet video I posted was on facebook. And yes I wanted the support of my family but did not get it....sigh... 140.5 this morning. day 47 alcohol free. Last night hubby and I went to whole foods to meet a friend (in the bar)and eat dinner off their food bar, I had Indian pork and grilled veggies, egg plant, squash, onions and mushrooms. Both were delicious. I drank water in the bar.... Trivia started at 7 and went until 9pm. I am miserable at trivia, jeff thought he was good but turned out he wasn't. lol. I was starting to get "itchy" not drinking the wonderful craft beers they had there. (One of the reasons I drink is to deal with my social anxiety issues) Mystery romp is my favorite, a coffee/chocolate porter...they serve it on tap along with 12 other craft beers. The woman who sat directly beside me was drinking it at my suggestion...she liked it....sigh.... Jeff is at an antique/sports car drive this morning. They drive around their cars in different areas then will probably have lunch somewhere. I get my hair highlighted this after noon. Hopefully it will not take 6 hours like last time to go from black to strawberry blond. My hair is damaged from all of the processing and now the heat from curling it the past 2 weeks. I am sleeping better, no restless legs from the decrease in klonipin that I had for 3 days following a reduction. Down to .13mg at night. Will discontinue it completely next weekend. knowing that the restless legs movement may come back again. It is awful to not be able to sleep because you feel that you have to move your legs. and "flop" around like Jeff pointed out to me...poor guy! I called and left a message for my friend Susan to see if she wanted to do some anti football activity tonight. Our husbands are going to the game this afternoon/evening. I am hoping that she will want to watch a movie. She is unemployed and back to being very depressed. They are barely making it on one income. 4 of my friends are looking for work in this bad economy. We were going to do a scary halloween attraction last night but my left knee hurts for some reason so maybe we will do that next weekend. There is a festival this weekend. We are going tomorrow, cajun/zydeco music and arts and crafts booths, wonderful food booths. Should be fun and nice weather. We may even try to dance!!!! I wore my newly monogramed uniform top yesterday. It is more feminine and I received many compliments from my friends and hubby liked it as well. New phone number, new hair, new business cards, new uniforms, new meds. Changes can be for the good! Thank you for reading! bizi
