Default I am on an apple diet

I started eating a lot of apples. maybe three a day. i love honey crisp. anyways i got on the scale today and was afraid because of all the food i have been consuming. I lost two pounds. I think all the apples are helping.
I fell down again last night. I was reaching over to see if it was abby on a i don't know what you call it and lost my balance and hit a big umbrella stand and fell over. my side still hurts but i didn't break anything. My back hurts a little too.
I have to be more careful. I am tempted to buy another pair of shoes which i love and don't know if they will fit. I am still in the binging and buying mode. today i go to the doctor's for a blood test. I haven't had one in a long time. I am afraid my blood pressure and a1c because of my weight gain has gone up.
