I have a client who turns 100 in 2 weeks, she had me paint her toe nails in red like usual!
my pain is almost gone completely, just a small residual. I am not sure why. At lunch today I took 4 advil and 2 tumeric and the pain went away and never came back!

137.5 this morning. I keep fluctuating these past couple of weeks. was 141 recently...
2 weeks ago I was 137. I know that I should not weigh daily but I would be really depressed if I put on 4 pounds in a week! It just must be water weight that keeps fluctuating, my diet has not changed although I did have extra snackies last night at wine tasting thing at whole foods. yummy cheeses and I had a good coffee milk stout too.
It is all good. my clothes fit better so am happy about that.
I would like to fit into some pants that are still too small.
I don't want to gain weight over the holidays, thanksgiving, christmas and new years, which is my birthday. Will spend it with my twin sister in Indiana.
One of her friends husband turns 50 so there will be a big bash at their house with in walking distance of sis's house so all can drink and be merry!
We spent $700 renting a car to go back home for 2 weeks...expensive!
We did not want to put the extra miles on our cars and I can't drive jeffs car it is a 6 speed and I could not put it into 6th gear when I drove it last time. and My car is too small for him(he is 6'5"), his knees hit the dash board the entire trip when we took my honda fit a year ago.. I hope we get another fuel efficient car. Last time it was a ford focus and we got 40 mpg. This year I think it will be a toyota corolla, not sure.
Slept great last night. All traces of hypomania are gone....sigh
Getting behind in my charting again....need to get on that!
I work tomorrow which is fine, love my job!
looking at a 3rd cup of coffee...had better think about starting my day.

nope geodon is the only antipsychotic that is weight neutral.

it is rainy today.
drank 4 pints Friday night....that is 64 ounces of beer..half a gallon!

Friday night after having drank half a gallon of beer, I tried to go to sleep with the .5mg klonipin and when I was still awake after 2am I got up and took another 1mg so that I could sleep. I did sleep (shut the alarm off )and overslept and got up at 9;30am called my 10 am appointment and told her I would be late.
It was a great day.
For lunch I had chicken salad and cream of brocolli soup, delicious.
For the day, I ended up seeing 4 clients and they needed care and support so that was good. I saw a new client and we talked alot she told me her dad committed suicide and I shared about my brother. then she said that she attempted.....I asked her what finally helped her..she said she was in that dark spot for 5 years. She had a lot of drug and alcohol use in the past. Her mind became clear when she stopped all of that. We talked so much, shared so much maybe too much....don't know if she will call me back???
My last new client was the husband of my last bed bound client that I had scheduled. I just happened to introduce myself as I was headed out the door and looked down at his feet and saw that he really needed his toenails trimmed. He agreed and I spent almost 2 hours with him, listening to war stories etc.
I love my job.
After work I went to whole foods and had a beer..coffee milk stout.. and some fries with gravy and cheese curds. yum.
I then came home and ate some leftovers spagetti, another beer, founders breakfast stout. very good! I had purchased a growler(half gallon jug) the night before.
Jeff came home from playing with the sky liners a big band that has been around for 66 years! He plays jazz guitar for them, he looks great in a tux!
Watched x-files and had a 3rd beer.

Now it is saturday night/sunday morning... and I just took .5mg of klonipin and will see if I can sleep. I have had 3 pints of beer. But I don't have to get up early tomorrow. I can hear Jeff snoring so he is asleep already.
I guess I will sign off.

I think the new client will probably call you back. She obviously felt comfortable enough with you to admit that she had attempted s/s herself. Sometimes after an admission, people (ahem...) may avoid someone because they're embarrassed by the admission later, but you shared a lot yourself and you have enough common ground that there will probably be a sufficient comfort level there. She might be even more inclined to call you back over because s/s is such a taboo topic that it's rare to find someone you can speak openly about it to.

I worried that I did not respond to her correctly when she shared. I can't remember what I said.
I almost feel like calling her today and seeing if she would like to get a cup of coffee sometime.
She is only 58.
I slept ok last night, eventually got up at 10am. Am hoping that I get my paperwork caught up again, 3 weeks behind. Good bye hypo mania....
I am sure that it was the trazadone.....
