Had left overs for dinner. pork stew
Really wanted to have a drink, almost went to whole foods but opted out, we are due some nasty weather from the fore cast and I don't want to go out side. Hubby had invited me to go meet him and a couple of colleagues at a mello mushroom pizza place...I had been driving around in the rain and high winds out of town sort of lost when I was talking to him about joining them and changed my mind and came straight home. I HATE DRIVING AT NIGHT IN THE RAIN! I should do some paper work... bizi

I hate driving at night in the rain, sometimes there's almost zero visibility. I'm sorry you missed the pizza though.

I somehow pulled a muscle under my shoulder blade deep. Hurts when I take a deep breath or when I stretch, throw my shoulders back etc. Jeff tried to rub it for me...it was like it was too deep to really get to the soreness. maybe it was residual pain from the run on saturday? Lazy tomorrow morning for me, shower and get ready for lunch and then 1st client at 1pm. My 10am client passed away last week, her daughter called me today and left a message. I have some paperwork to do, charting...am getting behind again...sigh bizi

I bought some generic advil yesterday but forgot to take it when I was already in bed and set for the night. I usually take 4 (when I rarely take it) with food(glass of milk).
I think I will take some this morning. Already take some tumeric daily for general anti inflammatory properties. I believe in it. The pain seemed better in bed than returned when I got up. rats. bizi have a good day yall.

I'm sorry that your client passed away, Bizi
 I still think you need a massage. If you check around you'll find that there are a lot of places that are not expensive. You can also try one of the schools. Sometimes they're free or offer very reduced rates. You've had a lot of bumps and bruises lately. You'd need a full hour. Tumeric is also very tasty. I had a great recipe for Spanish rice that relied heavily on it, but I lost it. It was very different than the tomato-based varieties. |

I must get in the shower today...
geesh it has been a week and my hair is awful! I don't have a client this morning so have plenty of time to just get in there..... It is such a no brainer for most people.... it is chilly in the house. 50 outside 66 in here....burr. a hot shower sounds good but I always run out of hot water when I do get in there...maybe that disappointment is what keeps me away. I would like one of those hot water on demand boxes....endless hot water! They are expensive.... That will feel good on my back(another reason to just get in there....... taking advil and tumeric after lunch with my other meds. Bizi

Well I took a shower! and did not run out of hot water because I put the water pressure on low and conserved my hot water.
now I am all clean and ready to start my day. bizi
