He seemed like the sort of person who would like to be helpful. He helps Mike a lot. I forgot to mention he is wearing a trump hat. He is extremely bright and was a math major. He listens to national public radio and then the bbc. He doesn't own a tv. He was very nice about finding out that i was bipolar and he told me he had hoarding tendencies. a really nice guy.

the food at the senior center is really good...much better than the one near him. I think he goes to the center on friday because they have a current events program. I have to get the numbers again for the npr with the bbc because most of the time i can't fall asleep til late and it sounds much better than cnn.

The Trump hat is done in the "trucker's hat" style that was made popular maybe around 10yrs ago by Aston Kutcher, etc. from my gen.
I haven't seen it in popular culture since then. But I'm not really tuned in like I used to be.

I don't know about focus groups... I don't think he listens to anyone.
He's tight with a lot of celebrities. The hat idea could have come from there.
