i got a call back from the agency in 27 minutes and they answered my question and alleviated my anxiety. I tried to call the other agency which isn't that anxiety producing and their phone line was busy. now to come down from the high anxiety.

Making those phone calls are just a pain, especially if you have to be put on hold for a long time, but I think you'll be able to get everything straightened out.

I think the problem was taken care of if the guy at epic was right. they will pay for most of my part d premium and hopefully give me a break on all the drugs i take.
