very strange weather still 72 right now.
rain is due tomorrow.
I ate almost all of the christmas candy that was left in the house...

I gained some weight and have abandoned my diet.

Drank too much 2 nights in a row.
I must decided that I will only drink on the weekends.
Did not sleep last night at all. HATE THAT!
Got up and canceled my 10 oclock and laid in bed until 11.
I have several calls to make...just am not up to making them.
Even got an inquiry on my facebook page! That is unsual. I looked back and this person had liked my posts a couple of them for 6 months. So she has been thinking about using my services for a while.
My last post said something like..."give the perfect gift for valentines day, an in home pedicure. I can make that happen! call me".
need to get going, have a one oclock and need to eat lunch.
And I look hideous.

I saw some pictures of Carnival in Brazil on Twitter Moments… those are some really risqué outfits! Now I understand why they call the Brazilian wax the Brazilian wax! They're just so silly!!!
Are there a lot of really half-naked outrageous outfits at Mardi Gras, too? They haven't put up a Twitter Moments tweet for Mardi Gras yet, unless I've missed it.

I meant to ask you what you think of the new X-Files…? They are okay, but I guess I'm a little disappointed. Maybe it's because I was expecting something different. I guess I'm not alone since the ratings really dropped off after the 1st episode. I'm hoping the last 3 episodes are better.

kay, the mardi gras is very tame here in lafayette...now new orleans is different.
It is also chilly here so I have not seen any skin thus far.

I like the x-files....last one was a throw back to prior silliness and lots of references to the seasons past if you were a faithful watcher back then.
I thought the ratings were good???

3 bloody mary's for breakfast along with 3 scrambled eggs with spinach and a side of brocolli and black bean salsa over the eggs. yummy!

I have some calls to make for work and we are going to rake up some pine needles from the back yard.
It is a beautiful day today brisk 60, bright blue sky! great mardi gras weather! The weather will cooperate tru mardi gras on tuesday, high in the 50's but sunny skys! My friend lent me the best socks!!!! They were warm and toasty last nights parade.

My friend stephanie and I made the local newspaper! Yesterday morning we went to the courit de mardi gras here at the horse farm park.
the daily advertiser news paper interviewed us yesterday...Today there was an article about it with our interview. fun!


no parades today but there is the superbowl, may go with jeff...girlfriend is picking out a movie to watch later....will watch downton abbe next sunday to catchup.

Fun until lent starts wednesday.

That is cool about being interviewed for the news paper.

I did not watch X-Files the first time for some reason.
But I do like both Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny.
She has been living in the U.K. and I see her when she is in a period piece on PBS.

I ended up seeing a client this afternoon after we did some yard work.
I then went to whole foods for food off of the hot food bar.
mac and cheese, pulled pork, califlower rice and butter nut squash it was very good. Ate in the bar and had one beer.
then went to the tap room. They had free hot dogs and chips so I ate there as well and had a beer. I am so full!
I get all excited about free food....
oh well
jeff is off monday thru wednesday for mardi gras.
even the post office is closed for mardi gras on tuesday!
