Hi everyone I've been really struggling lately. I'm BP and RBD and I've been on Lamictal Prozac for the bipolar for many years and on clonazapam for the sleep disorder. I'm wondering if anyone is getting any relief from the vibrant dreams on some of the newer bipolar medicines that are out?

Hi Rossco, welcome!
I had to look up RBD. For others this is what I found: People with REM Behavior Disorder (RBD) act out vivid dreams as they sleep. How long have you had this disorder, and how are you managing now? It sounds like it would be very difficult to deal with  Is your bipolar disorder under control? I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you regarding the new mood stabilizers and RBD, but I didn't want your post to go unanswered. Kay |

How did you find us? We are a small group of people from all around, some of us have been posting for 15+ years. Pull up a chair and jump right in. again welcome!  bizi I take klonipin to sleep, no bad dreams though..... I also take geodon and lamictal.

I have it too but the klonopin doesn't help. I don't have it all the time. I usually sleep on the floor when it happens.
