Here is a site with more comments about the fraudulent letter-
http://www.complaintsboard.com/compl...a-c506674.html They end out a letter trying to get people/businesses to buy OSHA posters or they may face a fine for non compliance (the fake threat) but the posters are free to download on the OSHA site.

These links seem to refer to fraudulent letters sent to companies in 2010-2011. don't understand why you'd be receiving one now? Maybe they're reviving their campaign…?
