thank you. on two forms they did have the seventy exemption but then when i called up the other day they said there was no exemption. I became so upset.
The whole thing is so traumatic to me.I think it is my paranoia that i expect my psychiatrist might not write me a note. I don't tell him everything. I don't want to go to a therapist. they have never helped me. I don't want him to change the status quo. I hardly mention my sleep problem. I did it with my other psychiatrist when we tried all sorts of drugs that didn't work.

I can understand not wanting to go to therapy. I'm not a fan either.

You could try explaining to him that you're unable to attend because of your sleep issues interfere with your concentration, etc… so you may also get help for that at the same time. He may have a new med to offer you to help with your insomnia. Four hours isn't nearly enough sleep, Bobby

I am afraid of new drugs. I think i have to do something drastic which i am not ready to do. I think i am so addicted to coffee that that is why i wake up in the middle of the night and want another caffeine fix. I wonder if that is true. also drinking so much coffee might be part of the culprit of my constipation. I have to start drinking a lot more water. It is begining to work. I will have to tell the doctor that jury duty just stresses me out too much and that i was on disability before social security because i couldn't handle the stress of work. I was also in a trial and it would bring back more the explosion that caused the post traumatic stress besides the hospital experience the burn pains and the sh@#ty lawyers and the corporations i sued.
stella and i got together yesterday and it went well. she told me i had nothing to worry about. I didn't correct this time and say i can't sleep etc. I let it pass so we didn't have another argument. when the relationship gets stronger again, I will remind her.
I think i will skip the senior center today. I was checking pet adoption places .
I don't know what to do. I saw a really cute one the other day but now i can't find it

i just ordered three cans of decaf and three cans of regular coffee and will see how that goes.

i was almost just scammed again. i was looking for abyssians and found some adorable ones and they were free and i thought it was odd that they had none for sale. then the shipping was ship..but then i found out they would ship it to my house i couldn't believe it. I looked up the organization on the internet and sure enought...a scam

Sometimes when people stop drinking coffee without tapering off, they get headaches.

Mix your regular coffee with the decaf while you gradually reduce your daily amount.
