flora used to be my best friend.i don't know what happened but it had something to do with my bipolar. four of us got together from an old job a few months ago and she told me about chitosan.I wrote her and signed it love bobby. I wrote another letter and said it wasn't an accident but so i wouldn't have regrets i wanted to tell her i loved her. she wrote back and said she loved me too and signed it love and xoxo's. what timing. I wish i could hug her but she now lives in penn. I am sure i will see her.
I got four hours sleep last night, probably closer to five hours..
i might get a cat tomorrow. a bombay cat. i won't go on unless i get her.

It sounds like you're dealing with a lot of anxiety in addition to your depression...

How much is cutting down on the caffeinated coffee helping you sleep? If it is not helping, go back to the caffeine because this may not be the right time to quit, but 1) cut back on the number of cups you are drinking 2) stop drinking coffee at night or 3) only drink talk-caff or decaf at night.

I'm sorry about Flora's husband. I have had my share of friendships ruined due to bipolar episodes. I'm glad that you were able to salvage yours with her.

I'm glad that you're thinking about getting a cat! But don't get your heart TOO set on one cat that you've seen online until you've talked to someone. Sometimes those posts are old, and the cats have already been adopted. If that kitty is gone, it just means that isn't the one you were meant to have.

You should make an appointment with your cardiologist to have him explain the results of your heart tests to you. That's his job.

i think i have cut down to half the amount of coffee i was drinking. My stomach still feels funny. I did speak to the lady about the cat and should meet her tomorrow afternoon. She is a bombay and is around one and already has had a litter. I slept more last night than i did when i learned nine months ago that abby had crf. this morning i dried wept.
I am anxious and depressed and don't feel weel and am tired.
bobby
maybe my primary care doctor who i see next week will explain the tests.
