i miss my abby so much i feel so empty. I am paying more attention to pudge but it isn't the same.right now i don't want another cat. I just feel so rotten.
my sleep is rotten. the topamax is working. last night i skipped supper. i crave sweets because i am depressed but will resist. i lose two pounds and then gain them back. I go to the psychiatrist today. i will ask him if he will write me a note for jury duty. I will tell him how depressed i am. yesterday i met cecilia's swedish nephew and friend. they are traveling around the world and then going to med school. they have to take a year off before they start medical school. if only i were fifty years younger. they asked if i had any grandchildren lol. their english was flawless. they started learning it at first grade and tv isn't dubbed. the shows are in english with swedish subtitles. the binging with the shoes seems to have stopped. i feel so rotten, right now i don't think i want another cat miserable bobby |

 Bobby I'm so sorry you're missing Abby so much!!! I know how badly I would feel if something happened to one of my kitties. I don't have children either, and they really are like my children. It must be that much harder since you were together for so long I'm glad that you are going to ask your pdoc for the note for jury duty and are going to tell him how depressed you are. I wish you would tell him about your insomnia... |

All I can say is I am sorry that you are feeling this way. I hope you can get outside and walk a bit...be around other people, make it to the center.

it doesn't help me to be around other people unless they are exceptional. i do have to go to the psychiatrist and very anxious whether or not he will write me an exemption for jury duty. it is a sadness that won't go away.my being over tired doesn't help one bit but makes it much worse. you are an extrovert and i am an introvert

i don't know...this time is different ...i have known for 8 months she was going to die...the others were more sudden....she was my baby...but so were the others. this time my sister died in the middle and i only have one sister

i came back from the vet. he will write me a note if need be. he suggested i get another one to feel the space. he lost a dog to crf in four and half months. his new keeps him very busy.

I like your pdoc. It seems like you always feel better after you see him. He seems very nice. I'm glad he will write you the note if you need it.
It seemed like things weren't totally resolved between you and Myra before she passed away, and that probably made her death harder to deal with. You also found out that several of your old friends passed away around the same time. Dealing with thought of Abby dying for 8 months must have been terrible, and finally losing her is probably too much loss for you than you can deal with right now, too much sadness The consensus is that you should get another kitty to fill the void. I agree. I think that you should spend some time looking. Maybe Joyce can find one that will be a good fit for you, or when one catches your eye, you will know How did you sleep last night? |
