so many nice things have happened and i am still so irritable and afraid to be with people. I wish i could talk to my sister. I am missing abby more. I have been feeling sick.

maybe that is it. I don't feel well either. I am afraid to talk to people on the phone for fear i will lose it.

i still feel very irritable and i cancelled my apppointment to see my primary doctor tomorrow because i don't feel well. my throat has been feeling funny and i am so tired. it turns out he won't be there either. so the next appt is april 22..i might have to switch doctors because it takes so long to make another appointment.
I will probably go to the senior center today. i feel so rotten i don't want to be alone.I feel weepy. Yesterday my girlfriend from israel called me to wish me a happy purim. i love her.we sang haman was a wicked wicked man ..it was so nice and i was so irritated. bobby ii don't make any sense |

Bobby,
Is anything "off" with your pills? I have done weird things like not noticed that I had stopped taking a certain pill, or had been taking extra . . . . . -- things like that. Are any of your pills a new version -- like a generic from a different company? M |

I really wish you would reconsider asking one of your doctors about trying another sleeping pill. There are some new ones on the market now that might be worth a shot. You haven't been sleeping well for a long time. It will be hard to tell what's going on until you're rested.

i think a lot has to do with my cutting back on my coffee consumption. i used to drink so much and increased it the thinner abby got.then i was getting three hours sleep a night. i am getting more hours sleep a night. now i am worried that pudge isn't eating much. she isn't staying on the bed. misu is eating big time. I am so tired. I am afraid of trying new drugs. I probably am getting five hours sleep a night now. I feel so rotten. bobby |
