I have cases of bottled water. I even freeze some bottles for when I go someplace so they defrost slowly and don't get hot so fast.

I drink water all the time at home, I gave up Coke or Pepsi awhile ago, sometimes I cheat and have one now and then though.

I learned about the drinking of lots of water here, of course the hard way.

At least I know though.

Nikko...........and YUP it sure is HOT HOT HOT

Need those sunglasses, visors or hats, umbrellas for the pool, windshield covers, sunscreen, water water water and lots of AC.................etc.

Nikko

You might need something other than the water too though.

Not sure but I would guess the gatorade or something else
would help with keeping in some of the vitamins and other things
too.

I have noticed that I'm having lots better luck with migraines if
I also mix in lemonade with my water.

Also I take a blood pressure medicine its also something that helps
with migraines so its double good and its helping me a lot. But the
thing is I'm to drink lots of liquids with it.
