It's hard to explain. My anxiety, and depression have taken a toll on me. I wish that it would stop, but it seems to keep coming back. Then I want to talk to family members in my immediate family, but realize that they have all passed away.
I feel so alone these days. I also have aches, and pains, and problems that I did not have before. Then I want to talk, but realize that I have no immediate family members to talk to anymore. My best lifelong friend passed away a couple of years ago also. BF

I'm feeling a lot of emotional pain. All of it came together early this morning around 4 AM, and I started crying. It's been a while since I've cried.
My cat is staying in the kitchen recently, so I feel more alone. That wasn't the reason that I cried, but it sure didn't help. BF
