i was up practically all night with racing thoughts. i thought the double dose of risperdal would calm me down. instead they speeded me up. i worried a lot about my taxes and tiramisu. this morning i got my taxes organized i think. i couldn't concentrate that well. then early tiramisu jumped on the bed wanting her food and she acted as if nothing had happened yesterday. I think pudge as fragile now because she just got over a respiratory infection that the vet thought tiramisu gave her and her eating still isn't back to normal.she was on the bed this morning. i think i got two hours sleep. now nothing is on the agenda.the accountant is open on monday so then i will call for an appointment.I am so glad i made an appointment in two weeks with the psychiatrist. i hope i not breaking down.

hi bobby, sorry for your not sleeping. I was awake in bed until 3 am when I got up and took extra klonipin. then went to sleep.
I hate it when I can't sleep. sorry you slept so little. racing thoughts is awful. maybe you can get a nap in later? bizi

I'm sorry you're feeling so ****** Bobby
The racing thoughts may be a temporary side effect because you increased the risperdal or they may be due to anxiety (this happens to me). I hope they went away and you got some sleep

no racing thoughts last night. i overate on humus. was really depressed. this morning woke up and was dry weeping.....had a terrifying nightmare. have exodus on...don't know if i should watch it. my emotions are all over the place.

I'm sure that there is a good reason why your pdoc picked risperdal to increase for your symptoms. It may take a little time for it to start working. I hope it starts helping soon

i think i feel sort of manic. tomorrow morning i go to the accountant..i guess that is getting me anxious. i feel jumpy. i just took some klonopin. i couldn't remember if i took it tonite. i am glad i am seeing my psychiatrist next week.
I think i need more medication changes. I am binging (sp) i just bid on another pair of shoes and i ate a lot. I guess i am out of control bobby who is also depressed |
