I am going to look for an espresso maker.

Bizi, it is good to read that you are home safely
 .I hope that the jet-lag stuff gets better soon - for me a solid night's sleep usually does the trick.

I'm jealous of all your espressos!!!
Keurig makes a machine that makes it. I can make "cappuccinos" and "lattes" with my machine though. I bought a box of "cappuccinos" to try. I don't use FB, so I won't get to see your pictures, but I can imagine they are beautiful. I can't figure out how to post pics here either. I'm so glad you're back. you were missed

I know how to upload photos from my computer desk top...maybe I could somehow save them from facebook to my computer then post to here. Sounds like a lot of work! but I will try.... bizi

thank you am glad that you enjoyed them donna.
I was so tired yesterday at 7pm I layed down for a nap, got up at 8 then back to bed in the guest room on top of the covers fully dressed with shoes on too. Then I got up and put my jammies on and went to sleep in my regular bed with jeff at 11. Woke up at 5 am and got up for the day. jet lag. I hear jeff stirring now hope I did not wake him up, he is such a light sleeper. bizi

That's such a big time difference…
Being up this morning at 5am isn't too, too bad. If you can manage only a little nap today, maybe you can get back on schedule? I hope your jet lag doesn't last too long. It must be terrible

The first day home I was fine. I have had a fatigue attack before over the past year every once in a while...I chalk it up to menopause.
But this must be jet lag. Too coincidental. Did I tell you that we over slept the first day of our vacation in rome? We forgot to set the alarm and woke up at 7 pm the next day!!!! missed 2 tours!!! but walked the city that night and it was gorgeous all lite up. we were able to reschedule the tour the next morning so all was good. whew!
