i think i hit rock bottom and don't feel the anxiety or depression. I have more energy. Yeesterday i got a few compliments on how i look. I wasn't going to write about the medicine.as soon as the anxiety or depression come back i will go back on the medications.I hate the medications and they usually don't work anyways. Now i wonder if they add to my anxiety and depression. strange.

This is big news! I have to warn you of a couple of things that you are probably aware of but.... I just don't think that stopping meds cold turkey is a good idea. waves would have a better reaction but alas..... You could have a withdrawl effect. On the other hand....I have read that benzos can cause more anxiety if you take them too much or too long. You build up a tolerance to them needing more and more to get the same effect. so 2 trains of thought. How ever that being said....I am very happy that you are feeling better!!!!! yippie!!!! bizi

Please check with your doc about stopping meds.. I don't know the name of your other meds but since you mention klonopin - here is some info on stopping it suddenly..

i wound up with a headache so i took some klonopin. I started worrying. I have been so tired and i think the antidepressants have made me more worried.
i don't know what to do. a friend said it is now legal to use pot in nyc. I will look it up and then maybe ask my doctor bobby |

i am feeling better now..a lot better ...i really crashed with my cousin's s son.
i don't what i will tell the doctor. i am not depressed or anxious. i still haven't mourned for abby. everything takes time. the medications haven't been working they just make me very tired. I have been tired for so long. bobby |
