Default meditation balls

Hubby has several sets of these "Meditation Balls."

At the same time, push the ball held by three fingers with your thumb and the ball held by two towards your middle and index fingers, so that they swap places. It should be a flowing, rhythmic movement

He recently has started using them while watching t.v.

At the moment I am o.k. with the gentle sound they make because
I hope that they are helping him.

This is something that interests me, not only because of the meditation aspect but to also strengthen my hands. I would choose a set without the chimes though.

I hope that they are helping your husband. I remember you said he suffers from anxiety, too. Maybe if I buy a set my husband will try them, and if he likes them I will buy him a larger set since his hands are much larger than mine. He needs something to relax him.

Thanks for sharing this Mari

My hands can work the balls from inner to outer "pinky and ring finger" to thumb.
But I have difficulty starting with the thumb.

The littlest ones he has are ONE inch in diameter -- like a big marble I suppose.
They are the ones that fit my hand the best.
Perhaps the goal is to at some point try the larger ones.
but I try not to add more "goals" to my to do list.
