This is something that interests me, not only because of the meditation aspect but to also strengthen my hands. I would choose a set without the chimes though.
I hope that they are helping your husband. I remember you said he suffers from anxiety, too. Maybe if I buy a set my husband will try them, and if he likes them I will buy him a larger set since his hands are much larger than mine. He needs something to relax him. Thanks for sharing this Mari |
