Default second time recently this has happened

i have been so exhausted all day I have slept away most of the day. I also skipped my morning pills. I just took my evening pills. have been so tired lately that it is so hard to get myself to take myself to take my pills. like blood pressure diabetes etc. I am sort of scared. I went so long with getting so little sleep. Now it is like catch up with me even though i am getting sleep...too much sleep. abby stayed totally away from me. I called the vet and asked if I had to bring her in she her stools looked normal and i lost the mail on my big toe
