Wink DMOM Thanks................

Hi, and Thanks, I checked out the forum about headache/brain issues and found it quite interesting and awful how these people are suffering with no results.

I am going to post there too, maybe I can share some of what the Dr's have tried or trying with me.

I never knew that post concussion syndrome could effect someone for so long and how terrible it is.

I assume that is why my PCP did a cat scan of my sinus's to see if something was out of whack from the assualt, since that was never done at the time.

I am going to mention some things I read on that forum about PCS, if these meds don't work out.

Hugs, Nikko

Nikko

I've been missing because I was visiting my mom and family. But I find the forum on Post concussion Syndrome at times very helpful.

The other thing I would recommend is to see if you can locate a Neuro-Opthmalogist that specializes in balance issues and Migraines. I am really
benefiting from the one I found for both my issues.

I can honestly say that its a very new field I believe and I never realized
how much of the problems I've had most of my life could have been helped
I sure wish I'd known.

I finally feel more like a person again.

Nikko

I hope the topamax starts to give you some relief soon.

It will take some time though I would think.
