My food plan for a little more than two years is Intermittent Fasting (18:6). It fits with my sleep and work patterns (no time for lunch most work days). My first meal of the day is after six o'clock p.m. Then I have a second small meal around midnight. So am eating in a six hour window. I feel better when I do this . .. .approx five of the seven days a week. -=-=-= I eat beans and lentils and occasional meat or eggs or yogurt but I eat lots more carbs than someone on atkins or eco-atkins (Atkins for vegetarians) Eco-Atkins Diet Plan Menu | LIVESTRONG.COM M |
I don't exactly diet, but am losing weight with what I eat. I don't do

First meal of the day is lunch.
Ate at Sandras, a health food store, all Fruits/veggies are organic. Had a big lunch! 4 oz of grilled Mahi Mahi bowl of veggie soup boiled beets mixed fruit salad very filling! Tonight we will have a meatless meal: Lentil rice More veggie soup from Sandras got it to go. tabouli raspberries. The talapia did not come in so it should be here by friday. Will pick up some salmon friday as well. They preseason it and it is delicious! bizi |
Hubby insisted that we still go to Pensecola in august. so We will go august 12-13th. so I will not drink any alcohol until then. So that is 5 weeks away, I might be able to drop 5 pounds by then maybe more.

weighed 159.5 this morning.
weighed 137 last november. I know that drinking had a big part to me gaining all of that weight back. sigh bizi who doesn't know which thread to post on..... edited to add that I made it to the gym and walked on the tred mill for 40 minutes about 2 miles....burned supposedly only 175 calories. That is depressing! |

All that food sounds delicious Bizi! i think you did great just by going to the gym. Don't worry about how many calories the machine said you shed. You have to start somewhere :) I hope you will have fun in Pensacola. I think you will have plenty of time to lose 5 pounds before then :) |
