5 hours without coffee!!! I had to do somewhere around that (maybe more) before my endoscopy and was frantic. It must have been hard, but it was so considerate of you to let your guest sleep

after she got up at 830am she said that she sleeps like a rock and that I could have used the grinder, good info for next time!

I feel like I am so dependent on jeff. He is at a beer festival working the booths....it is 6pm and I should be excited I plan on going to a childrens theatre performance, west side story. But I am going to have to go alone, and I hate that.

Jeff ionstalled the new windows 10.1 I think and the computer is doing weird things.
he should be home around 9;30 or so.
can't I entertain myself for a few hours!!!
He leaves for IN on tuesday for one week.
not happy about that....you guys know that I don't do well when he is gone....
he did ask me if I felt well enough to be alone....which was considerate. Even if I felt unstable I would not want for him to miss going home and seeing his mom. She is looking so forward to him being there.
I feel so immature....

No wonder I have not gotten any phone calls for the past 3 days!

Jeff helped me look up stuff to try to see if something was set up wrong. tried rebooting the phone, now am installing the latest updates, maybe that will fix the problem?
am going to the at&t store tomorrow.
See if they can figure it out.
maybe after the update it will mysteriously work just like it did NOT work right.

It's usually a problem in your phone settings or in your voicemail box settings.

If you have an iPhone, there is a little moon icon that sometimes gets hit when the settings box pops up from the bottom… it's the "do not disturb" icon. You will also see the little moon in the top right hand corner of your phone where the battery icon is displayed if it's been hit, and you can fix it by accessing it in settings and unchecking the "do not disturb" feature. I've hit that accidentally a couple of times.

I hope they can help you at the AT&T store. If not, a new phone isn't the worst thing in the world

went to att and got it fixed.They had to call and get technical support on line.
So I did not have to buy a new phone!

I really need to get serious about my weight.
This was my day:

3 cups of Coffee with half and half and liquid stevia.
Ate Brunch at a diner:
3 scrambled eggs with sauteed spinach and 1/4 cup of black bean salsa
with a side of brocolli
Dinner:
salmon and 3/4 cup edamame
4 of each at 12oz 6.5%alcohol beers.
I don't drink every day....
friday nights we played trivia in a bar at whole foods, I drank 3 pints of beer and ate a whole 12 inch pizza all by myself.....
the friday before that I just ate all of the toppings and left the crust so I know that I can do that. I just need to figure out how to not drink 3 pints of beer there. I think I would be shocked at how many carbs are in the beer that I drink. I need to research that so I know.
Mostly I need to get serious about dieting again and thinking about getting into better shape.
I have been strict with low carb before and have lost weight. I put on 20 pounds since november and I know it is because of eating and drinking.

Think that I need to get serious and commit to counting carbs.
August 1st monday is a new month great time to start.

About 150 calories and 12.5 grams of carbohydrates per 12 oz. full-bodied beer. So much for the old joke about beer being empty calories...

Of course my belly makes a sumo wrestler jealous and I don't even drink the stuff anymore.

Hang in there...I'm rooting for you from the sidelines.

22 grams of carbs!!!!
for one beer!
I knew it was high....
I had 875 calories and 88 grams of carbs of beer today!!!
