This procedure will help prevent future health problems, so it is rather a blessing in disguise, not that that will help reduce your anxiety much. Please try to focus on the reputation of the hospital, the experience of the doctor who will be doing the procedure, and the positive outcome you can expect from the procedure itself and maybe that will help a little :hug::hug::hug:
