I'm now just pain frightened down inside. These emotions are so complicated. I hope that it subsides, but it does come, and go. I seem to feel frozen in my tracks.
I hate these feelings. The emotional pain is so complicated, throwing many different emotions into my life. It seems to bog me down physically also. My sleep is also messed up right now. BF

do you get out at least for a walk; especially with the nicer weather. Just looking around; maybe even stop somewhere for coffee or soda. You need to push yourself.....Please, please ....I wish I could go with you. Gerry |
