but i took 6 mg tonite it comes in only 3 or 6 and it is not working

Do you create a routine for night time behavior like no computer or electronics one hour before sleep, too stimulating. HOw about reading a light book or magazine before lights out. How comfortable is your mattress?
I forget is this a new bed for you?
We just flipped ours last night and It felt good! Had not done that for years.
Were you able to get some sleep?
