okay. my mother was really something else and planted all sorts of fears into my head. sometimes she almost made me a cripple because i was so sensitive and couldn;t let them roll off my back. I forgot about that. it was a huge dynamic in my life. It brought it up with the cat references. already i am nervous and scared.

my depression has gotten worse. the insurance company rejected my wanting silenor. I called for the reason and they said dr stone didn't respond. dr stone is my gp not my psychiatrist. how did that happen> for the appeal they said they are going to send it back to dr.stpne. I am too depressed to write more

what good will that do? He never responded if he received the fax/ somehow i get the vibes that mypdoc who i see next week doesn''t likke to do extra. if he never responded when i asked if he received the fax i think that says a lot. it gets me so angry. I am so depressed and can't seem to do anything

You could ask him to write you a script for the generic for Silenor, and have that filled using a coupon from GoodRx.com (the prices are cheap, but depend on the particular pharmacy you use). You can't use insurance when you use those coupons, so you wouldn't need to deal with those faxes or paperwork.

I wonder if this depression which is so awful is partly due to my stroke. I should be so relieved. I just found out that my reapplication for scrie was approved. If it hadn't been, I would have had to pay over 300 dollars more a month on rent!
I can't take any more stress. I can''t sneak the kitty cat in whether it is a boy or girl and live with the fear for three months that the building finds out and makes me get rid of the kitten. I already got rid of a puppy schnauzer because he showed separation anxiety and that broke my tattered heart and I had to return a free Abby kitten which sold for 1500 dollars because she kept on jumping on
Abby whose balance was off from the remnants of a middle ear infection and couldn't protect herself.
It is way too much for me now. I cannot risk it
