i definitely feel better. I don;t feel happy like silenor but I don;t feel depressed.'I had a deep sleep. I went to bed early but then started to wake up at two thirty and fell back to sleep and woke up at three thirty and then four thirty.
I t got up one of the times and took a bad fall and hit my head. I hope I am okay. No headache. I feel sort of calm. Can't wait to see if it continues.' bobby |

OMG Bobby!!! I hope you are okay!!!
 Did you hit it hard? Feeling different (calmer?)) afterwards isn't a good sign… Maybe you should go to the ER to make sure you are okay? Maybe you have a concussion? |

i am pretty sure i am okay. I feel calmer I think because of the pill. I don't have any symptoms from hitting my head. Finally i don;t feel depressed. I really think the pill is working. Can you imagine after suffering depression for so very long? I put in about the crash to the head in case it turns out to be something. No trouble seeing walking headache dizziness etc. I think i have a very hard head.

i am still not depressed but i am constantly tired. I am going to try the samples of silenor i was given and see how tired they make me.,I am not happy either but that is all right. I would rather be tired than depressed.

Do you take Iron? Weird as it sounds I found out I get really tired when I forget to take my iron. I have been a lot better the last couple weeks when I remember to take it. I can tell the difference. Donna
