I believe that it manifests differently for everyone. That
is why there is no typical version of how it plays out.

In my mother's case, she essentially cried at the drop of a hat (anything)
for four or five years.

I took the black cohosh last night and did not have any hot flashes
yeah! I took one pill of 80mg. I will take it during the day too.

I talk to my clients about menopause...most of them don't remember having symptoms. Maybe they just don't remember?

Well I think we just all deal how we need to.

I know I turn on the fans and off the fans a lot. The heat
is on and off a lot too.

I was up all night last night.
and noticed that my face and hands are sweaty during the day when I have a hot flash....
the black cohosh is not working.
I just ordered a recommended blend of herbs to try(includes cohosh)
I ordered it from amazon and had a lot of positive reviews so it is worth a try.
It will arrive in a week.
