Do they just suffer in silence? I feel like I am whining. Thank goodness I don't sweat during the day like others. That would be horrible. bizi

I took the black cohosh last night and did not have any hot flashes
yeah! I took one pill of 80mg. I will take it during the day too. I talk to my clients about menopause...most of them don't remember having symptoms. Maybe they just don't remember? bizi

I am averaging 1-2 hot flashes a day which is much better so I will continue taking the black cohosh.

I was up all night last night.
and noticed that my face and hands are sweaty during the day when I have a hot flash.... the black cohosh is not working. I just ordered a recommended blend of herbs to try(includes cohosh) I ordered it from amazon and had a lot of positive reviews so it is worth a try. It will arrive in a week. bizi
