Default fat

i haven't been this fat for at least four or five years. I am 20 pounds over that weight. since my stroke my weight has been going up and down but now it is up at least 10 pounds heavier. I was going to order general tse's chicken lunch special with an egg roll and it comes with soup and fried rice. Lately that is my favorite. Now i am afraid i will go back to 266...I am stopping the topamax that worked for me when I took 200 or 150 mg. the pdoc will only give me 100.
that does nothing. I have a lot of soup but i am afraid that adds weight. I will have eggs. I decided five minutes ago. the fatter i get the less I care about losing weight.
I just ordered a book from amazon about a former school mate who married out of our girl's school, had five children and turned to drinking and left them; I know she she had one children a year after she graduated. I don't know when she had the others. she was very nice and oh so pretty. I had heard that she got divorced but that is all i heard. the book is written with her therapist. you can find the first chapter of her book here Welcome | Jane Bartels

My wife & I watch our weight closely. One thing we find we have to be very careful of is salt. It's in nearly everything in much too high amounts. We pretty-much cook our own meals & always purchase low-salt or no-salt added canned goods, etc. Anytime we go out to eat, which isn't often, we can both tell the next day we received a jolt of salt. I've read that people develop a taste for increasing amounts of salt in their food over time. And I believe it because we use very little salt at all & never miss it.

In my late teens, I suffered from (in short) low blood pressure. Instead of putting me on meds, the cardiologist told me to drink more fluid and put salt on everything lol. It helped, but I've developed quite a taste for salt.

My husband loves salt and sugar. But luckily he cut down on both.

His blood pressure went up with the salt.
