Welcome to NT Braingrain

In my experience, and to my knowledge, the most reliable at home automatic blood pressure monitors are made by Omron. You can get a basic model at a pharmacy, Walmart, etc or online for about $40.
Avoid wrist monitors made by any company… they are not reliably accurate.

After taking this medication for around two weeks, my blood pressure is down, and doing good. BF
