i got on the scale and it weighed three pounds more. I got on the scale a little later and it read two pounds less. I think i messed up the scale at first. anyways I am relieved.

that is interesting . I have a digital scale and it never did this before. I juggled it at first before I got on. that could have thrown it off

I think scales read different with different ways of standing. That's why I try really hard to always stand the same way. And if I have my shoes on, I take a lb or two off. Donna |

Yep Kay
Only time I get on with shoes, is when I know I can't stand without. I don't usually ever do that. But there are times. Since I've been told by a foot doctor to always have on shoes. I don't always remember. But I don't use them in shower, unless they are water shoes. And those weigh even more than the ones I usually wear. Donna |

I have more imbalance when I don't have shoes on. I also
have sore feet and that is a lot of the reason. My feet without shoes give more imbalance I guess. Donna |

I always keep my shoes on for the doctor scales -- things go faster that way.
It's all relative anyway. The docs only want to know if you went up or down since the last visit. M |
