I stuck to one beer, 7th day in a row=a week!!!!
Yeah, moderation at last. Well for alcohol not food: Went to a shrimp boil at our friends house. Lots of peel and eat shrimp, 2 half ears of corn, one potato, some boiled onion, 8 inches of andouille sausage. IT was all very spicy and delicious! Had fruit and an apple turn over for desert. Oh forgot about the small salad and half an avocado and many slices of cheese for appetizers. Stuffed! He gave us some shrimp and carbs to take home. We are having left over pork stew tomorrow, and the shrimp on wednesday. There is still left over blue berry cheese cake. I will throw out the rest of my piece. bizi who will not get on the scale tomorrow!

EVERYBODY waits now, BF, EVERYBODY. There are a lot of reasons for it, and the problems predate Obama Care, although that didn't help.
But you are right, you would have been sent to the ER, or your doctor would have had you directly admitted to the hospital if he was very concerned, or some of your lab results were at critical levels. I hope he will draw your blood again, at least one more time, before you see the endocrinolgist tho. If he doesn't plan to, I would call and ask him to. It is hard to lose weight with all of the BBQ's now Bizi. It's crazy because it's bathing suit season too!  Congratulations on your continued success at moderating behaviors aside from eating. Sometimes you have to sacrifice success in one area for another, at least temporarily

Tonight is the first night that I choose to not drink any alcohol in a very very long time!
 Lunch: a piece of fish and a piece of veggie Crustless quiche snack of too many almonds at 5pm Dinner at 6pm: left over boiled shrimp, maybe 12, small half ear of corn, one small potato, fruit mixture: Strawberries, raspberries, blue berries. I ate them till my tongue was tingling then gave the rest to hubby, half an avocado. aloe vera light drink which had funky pulp...I guess I liked it. LOL Great dinner! bizi

All the food sounds good and healthy
 It's hard not to go overboard when you're snacking on nuts. I love cashews and usually count out about 20 and put the bag away before I lay into them. Congrats again about your AF day... you should be proud of yourself!

I am not even stepping on the scales right now. It just seems to be stuck on certain numbers. So I'm going to either buy a new scale or find a friend that has one to check on. I just can't see when I'm eating what I am how it can
be that high. I am eating nothing or pretty much nothing but nutritional things. I am not sure why its going like it is. I did have lasagna (lunch) at but it seemed not to agree with me. Not sure I'll be eating other half. Went to bed at 7:00pm because I felt bad. The one night I love tv till really late. Just life. Donna

I am not getting on the scale. I ate two lean cuisines this morning turkey comfort which were delicious. then I went back to bed. I am going to try to cut back on the coffee which I think is stimulating my apptetite
