I'm not to worried about the scale right now. I really feel that some
of the gain is from after the surgery. I've not figured out why yet. But also I eat things I shouldn't and will slow down on that. I don't go to my doctor's office unless I have an appt. Which I need to get made soon. But before the scales have been nice to me. Donna

My nurse practitioner mentioned something about yogurt. So I have been eating a little yogurt every day, and bought some more on Monday. BF

They make 100 calorie yogurts that aren't made with artificial sweeteners.
Just regular sugar I believe and are lowish in carbs like 6-7 carbs per serving which is a lot less than regular flavored yogurt. I will look for some at the store, thanks for the reminder! bizi

Well I caved in.
Last night I went to the scrub store and bought 5 pairs of extra large pants scrubs. heavy sigh bizi They will be like pajamas now when they come in...it takes about a week.

I stepped on the scale this morning, and I've hit 160 again. I know much of it is I need to go to the BR. I may take something tonight because it's so bad, cross my fingers, and hope I don't have to go when my husband's in the BR tomorrow morning IDK. I'm going to start making some little changes... I need to stop taking sugar in my coffee and go back to using Stevia. I drink 6-7 cups of coffee a day and it adds up. Oh, I don't think the 50% chocolate diet is working out either
