I am a slave to texture...
That's gotten me into trouble with a lot of things, including ice cream. I am eating WAY too much chocolate lately. And I'm retaining water for some reason. Maybe that will get better once the lithium is completely out of my system tho. MD otherwise. No scale for me for a while. |

 When you feel like you are healthy and ready to diet, use that day's weight as a starting point and set a realistic goal for yourself
