Walked a bit out side with hubby but then
accidentally walked into some poison ivy.  I am very allergic to it! I brushed up against it on my exposed right upper arm.Had to turn around and go home quickly. I have heard that you have to wash off the oil with in 15 minutes. Hubby went back out to continue his walk. I am thinking about going to the gym now that I have my shoes on.  I think my meds are working better as I have a bit more control of my drinking. Wanting to lose weight is a big motivator for me. Now if I could just not be a slave to this computer. sigh have a good day yall! bizi

Do you just do three meals. Or do you break it down in smaller meals. I'm wondering if that might help you more. By doing the snacks which are nutritional too. Donna

actually I only eat 2 meals.big lunch and a light dinner. I did have a big dinner tonight. Sushi yum! Went to whole foods and got antsy.... so after a large glass of water I left. Went shopping for clothes, I AM SO PREGNANT LOOKING....sigh I found 2 pairs of stretch elastic waisted pants, blue jean and gray jean. And 2 tops cute, looks two piece sweater and shirt under it at the botttom These look good on me as they cover my rear. I had a $10 off coupon and 30% off coupon as well. All said with tax was $60. So I was happy about that. I hate shopping! have a good weekend! bizi

Had a very small bowl of gumbo and cole slaw for lunch...getting ready to go to a cook out. Should be fun...I think. 2 people will be there that I don't know, social anxiety comes into play.  bizi

At the BBQ. I ate too much and drank too much.
 Kabobs: chicken, sausage, tomatoes, onions, peppers, tator tots, salad, apple pie. Delish! oh well there is always tomorrow. Have to make this work for the long haul. bizi Katie and Ben were very nice.
