I take 7.2mg of Senna and 1250mg of FiberCon twice a day and 30ml of Lactulose every night. I don't know why I bother because it doesn't do anything.

Doing a Mirilax colon cleanse at least once a week, which is 14 doses in 2 bottles of Gatorade, is an option. It works SLOWLY tho, and sometimes doesn't work. It also makes me feel very full and nauseous.

It is what it is.

I'm sorry that your weight is up again
Cutting carbs like bread out is good, but I think it's a good idea to try to sneak a little veg in if you can.

I'm still at 160. I don't know how because I just can't lay off the ****ing chocolate. The Halloween candy is all over the place and calls to me. I buy it and can't control myself...
I have been alternating coffee and stevia in my coffee and am still drinking more water. Maybe that is helping. IDK.

Oh, no!

Hubby has been doing all of the shopping since the hurricane.

I stay home now.


I did not know that the stores were full of candy!

Those extra treats will be out in the open until New Year's Eve.

The candy is everywhere… it's awful!!!
My mother always said the holiday candy is the best because it's the freshest, and she was right! It just makes me want it more!

Good luck with the candy stuff.

I like it too, esp the chocolate, but at times I can stay away for
long-ish periods. Hubby recently brought how some hershey squares --
-- not helpful!

I have been buying mixed nuts for dinner and hard boiled eggs for lunch.
lat night i had brussel sprouts. I wish I could substitute those for the nuts.

weighed myself this morning up 3 pounds from my vacation.
I ate all kinds of carbs, home cooking. It was delicious!
Am getting ready to go meet a friend for breakfast at 11;15.
At a place called t-coons. they serve breakfast all day.
It is my favorite meal of the day that I could have any time of the day.
(I normally don't eat breakfast...just a brunch on sundays) My first meal of the day usually is lunch at sandras health food store at 11-1130am.
I see one client this after noon and he feeds me so I will have a seafood salad for dinner.
