oh, I feel awful.
all of that sugar free candy gave me horrendous gas and explosive diarrhea....

How could you know that they would do that?
I would check the label and avoid or limit the main ingredients in them from now on. Sometimes it's better to go with low-sugar or sugar-free. You would be better off with the one dark chocolate truffle you used to eat every night...

I ate 11 of them, I was a crazy lady!
they had sugar alcohol in them, I should have realized.

Yeah, even some of the "stevia" out there gets away with saying it's stevia because it has its alcohol in it and too much of it can make you sick.

Weight is slowly coming down since not drinking. It is a great feeling!
snacked last night on some pop corn, individual bag has 210 calories,I ate 2 1/2 bags cause hubby ate some. I thought it had fewer calories. oh well. Portion control is a lot of our challenge.
Keep it up everyone! better is better!

my bowl of pop corn has 210 calories, for some reason I thought it had 100.
oh well
This evening I also ate 2 gummy worms and a small candy bar.
Had lemon pepper talapia fish and steamed cauliflower for dinner.
lunch was a big shrimp salad with lots of add ons.
I think it was very fattening.
tomorrow is another day.
