Today was a lowerish carb day.
Left over steak for lunch. left over pork stew for dinner went to whole foods for trivia and was good....  Had a high fiber(13grams) protein bar that was pretty good, only 6 net carbs. I figured out that I had about 40 carbs for the day. bizi I work tomorrow. Going out of town to a small community called iota. I will see how long it takes me to get there. This maybe my first and last visit, will see. Supposed to rain tomorrow. I can't believe tommorrow is the 21st already....this month has flown by. whosh bizi

I'm glad that you enjoyed your steak and baked potato!
 You are making me jealous... You got right back on the horse after your splurge though and I don't think it will hurt you much in the long run. I'm glad that the tub fix was only $50. I hope that you had fun at trivia! |

At walk on's restaurant: grilled asian chicken salad with eggs and avocados, tomatoes and greens. there was a small amount of sweet sauce but not a lot. It was delicious! bizi
