down another pound!
Got to get going! Took a shower which is always a big deal. Did not run out of hot water, hubby had turned the heat up on the hot water tank. I quit reds gym last night...I was not going...I hated spending $65 a month and not go. sigh thinking about planet fitness again for their tred mill. bizi I discovered caffeine pills. So instead of having another cup of coffee in the afternoon I just take a caffeine pill. one equals one cup of coffee.  Save money! bizi

I would miss the coffee... I so enjoy it
Congratulations on losing another pound You have been eating a lot healthier... one thing I have noticed is that you have not been eating many things with heavy sauces or dressings. That has to help $65 is a lot of money to pay for a service you aren't going to use. I know Planet Fitness is not a luxury gym, but if you are only going to use the treadmill... I can't wait to diet!!! I am very unhappy at the weight I am at, but it's not realistic to start now. I will start to lay off the candy a little, and maybe I will at least not gain anymore

I am still at 6 pounds lost so am happy about that.
I love my 2 cups in the morning but in the afternoon it is all about the caffeine so that works perfectly! Had my favorite dish at sandras today: Mousaka!!! egg plant, potatoes, tomatoes and spices in olive oil/ yummmy! and had this yummy roasted veggie soup. Brought some soup home for later. have a good day yall! bizi

Dinner:
WE shared a large order of ribs, I had 4 thai ribs, (jeff had 5 ribs) and a side of broccoli, some thai sugar beans and some salad. very filling! oh and I forgot....sweet potato/pecan/bread pudding for desert, we shared. The meal was fantastic!!!! Our bill was only $28 plus a $6 tip and we still have money left on the gift card that I got today from a client. ya! I only drank coffee and water today. bizi who is still stuffed from dinner.

stuck at 179 this week. I thought by not drinking I would lose more weight. Hate counting calories....just need to cut back on portion sizes. It will be almost impossible to diet at the holidays...out of town with our families. Will try to do low carb.
bizi edited to add that I went to the bathroom and weighed again and lost another pound! 177.7.... bizi sorry if TMI!!!!
