Dear Bobby, they say we need to eat 1200 calories a day to have nutrients and lose weight. You can't fast because you are diabetic right?
ARe you diabetic, right now I have forgotten, sigh my memory.

I hate the scale but weigh often to keep up....I like seeing little increments.
This initial 5-10 pounds will be water weight mostly I still like seeing the numbers go down.
I am trying to eat as healthy as I can.

i am diabetic 2 ..i don't fast but i eat a lot of hard boiled eggs. i am noot active

Eggs are good for us.
so is cabbage!
you could brown some ground meat your choice turkey or chicken or beef. and add tomato sauce and chopped up cabbage and some italian spices, kind of like cabbagge rolls with out the rice. one pot dish that will make some for now and then later and freeze some.

the former p.t called and asked if i was coming back. I don't thnk she is a caring person. Nor do i think the other one is. I gave her the run around.
I might call that other one that got all the positive reviews. Yesterday I had to use a cane.

In my area sometimes OT's and PT's will come to the house. You might
check into that.

To get PT/OT in your house, you would need your PCP or neuro to write you a script and refer you to a visiting nurse agency. If you have good doctors, you shouldn't have a problem with this (I would mention the episode you had the other day). Then the agency will contact you for an evaluation and to set up services, and insurance will pay for them.

You can also remind them with your age going out is kind of hard.
