i wake up each morning and feel physically awful. gradually i feel better. I am so depressed. the stroke and its complication add to it. i feed abby. I am finally beginning to read. maybe that will help. I am not ready to resume p.t.-you can light a bomb under me but i stiil refuse. if you could get me to cry I would be thankful. I am so bottled up. My stomach hurts. they pushed me so hard at the last place that i still haven't recovered.
I have to stop binging and spending money. it is scary. I have my physical next month and have to call the heart doctor. have to have ultrsounds on my neck next month. too much pressure. it keeps on coming

I feel lousy in the morning partially because that's when my anxiety is highest. I guess that's common. I also need a lot of coffee.

I read on the other thread that you did call the cardiologist. It's a good thing to get that out of the way. I also read you called about PT... did you call the same place? Or a different one?

I'm glad that you are reading.
