yesterday when marcia was leaving she said if it wasn't cleaner next time she was turning around and leaving. I don't know if she was joking or what. I have been feeling so tired and weak. I forgot if i wrote that kathy took me out on sunday and i took my cane and it was only a couple of blocks and i needed her support after one block. then i crashed and woke up at 8:30 and thought it was morning. I just feel weak all over. I am trying to start leg lifts. I am back to the high weight. it says you can gain weight from doxepin. I think I am scared

Yes.because I am messy and lately I have gotten worse because I am so tired. I am also irritable and I think she is picking that up.

You wouldn't believe the places I cleaned when I was in home care...

You have been very generous with her, have cleaned before she has come, and have allowed her plenty of time to herself when she should have been cleaning in the past. You have been on friendly terms, so it was rude and disrespectful for her to say that to you. It is her job to clean for you, not your job to clean for her.

You can ask for another housekeeper if she leaves the next time she comes, or makes remarks like that again.

I'm glad that you are trying to do more exercises to keep up your strength. Have you considered asking your PCP or neuro to write a script so that the PTs can come to your apartment to work with you? You are "home bound" since you don't drive, cannot walk far, and rarely leave the apartment now... so you should qualify for those services.

thanks for your support. I started doing leg lifts. I felt them and felt good that I was doing something constructive. Next week I will do the bike. I will think about asking the neurologist for having someone coming to the house. I don't want the pressure right now though. I will keep on doing the exercises in the bed and then the bike

Marci talks a lot and if i don't talk back I think her feelings are hurt. they don't straighten out things. my feet shouldn't be dirty. one of them should vacuum. I am very generous. I don't know how appreciative they are. I think I am going to stop. I don't look my age so that is a problem.. I think they think I am lazy. I spend practically the whole time in bed. I am tired. most of the time i bring my dishes to the kitchen. I am dressed and have lipstick on.. Everything is an effort. I look forward to a week without appointments.
