thank you. It is not so much anxiety as fear and terror. this year has not be an easy one with too much negative happening to me. I always suffer from depression and anxiety without anything bad happening. this morning i am trying a new p.t. I am scared about that. I am already tired. I turn off the lights at about six thirty or seven. Trump is driving me crazy and I used to only like the news stations. I would turn off the lights and listen. Now I just turn off the sound too.. I do play with the laser toy with abby. pudge just watches.
obviously the medication is not working. I have talked to the pdoc and he just came up with doxepin. it helps with sleep.sometimes i take 8mg of kloponin which he doesn't know about. don't tell.
I am so sorry for all the negativity. Here is the only place i can put it

Bobby
Also remember when your not home. Pudge could be eating.
Or in my case when I'm sleeping the cats would be eating.
I realize you would probably know thanks to the studio apartment.

I have a question. Wasn't she not eating at this time last year too.
I realize you had probably just lost Abby 1. But maybe its the time
of year too.

Does it take that much klonopin to put you to sleep? Or are you just taking that much to ensure that you do get to sleep?

The problem with taking that much klonopin for sleeping, or anything, is that your body will build up a tolerance for it over time and it won't work for anxiety when you need it. But I don't know how much it's been helping you anyway, and I don't think that has anything to do with you taking 8mg to go to sleep lately. You must be miserable dealing with anxiety 24/7

You don't have to disclose the fact that you are taking more klonopin than you should. Just tell your pdoc it's not helping with your anxiety, and the doxepin is not helping with your sleep. You need the help in both departments

You really have definitely had more than your share of ****, Bobby

If you feel your bipolar is out of control, you could discuss trying something different with your pdoc because tweaking the meds you are on have not helped.
Latuda is a mood stabilizer that is used to treat bipolar depression. I know you hate the idea of trying new meds, but it might be an option for you.
I'm sure that your pdoc could offer you other options that you may be more comfortable with, even ones that don't include trying a new med, too.

i have tried latuda. it didn't help. I don't use klonopin for sleeping but for anxiety. I usually just use the prescribed dosage of 2 in the morning and two in the evening, the doxepin was for sleep. I have had so much going on I don't think medicines work that much. I wrote that he lessened the wellbutrin.
