Default started physical therapy again

the young woman was gentle and nice and pretty. she does yoga and boy is she strong. one session will be the hand and the other the leg. I think it will work out. I can easily walk there but i will take my cane. I saw all my weaknesses and the pain from my arthritis . I came home wiped out. she wanted me to go three times but i saw twice a week. Pudge is moving around more. she said se is a cat person.
