Years ago, I remember a girl was dizzy in a movie theater ticket line. She almost fell to the ground. She said that she was not drunk. She said that she had a inner ear problem. I forgot exactly what she said, but it was along those lines. BF

You could try taking the amino acid taurine 1000mg daily to prevent this. would not hurt, no side effects.

Thanks Bizi. I will probably get some.

Friend
I have always had some form of vertigo. I had hoped the vestibular therapy I had a few years ago would make it not happen again. I am
afraid I may need to go back to therapy. But that will wait.

I'm not to happy its returned, but its been going on for years since my teens. I used to fail down stairs also.

I hope that if it gets worse you will get help, Donna. You don't want to get to the point where you are falling, especially down stairs

Oh I know that Kay. Its one reason I don't go up to the second floor
at home when no one is here.

Its something from my past that I know happened. And I remember very
well how I missed the step we believe 2 almost 3 years ago and had
an compound fracture in my leg. So I'm very careful. Its part of the reason I've gone almost no where this winter when it snows. And when its cold and the wind is blowing no where either.

Unless its necessary. I'm looking forward to spring and the better weather.
I need to go see my mom again. But with the change of weather I haven't been. Its so much milder right now than has ever been. So we will see.
